By accessing or using the SnuggleSMP Network (including Chase’s SMP, Fae’s SMP, the website, or any related services), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
The SnuggleSMP Network is strictly 18+.
You may not use the Services if you are:
• Under the age of 18
• Attempting to bypass age restrictions
• Misrepresenting your age or identity
Violations result in immediate and permanent removal.
Certain features may require a website account. You agree to:
• Provide accurate information
• Keep login credentials secure
• Notify us of unauthorized access
We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.
By using the Services, you agree to:
• No minors, no exceptions
• No harassment, hate speech, bigotry, or bullying
• No illegal content (including anything involving minors)
• No griefing, hacking, duping, or exploiting
• No sharing malicious links or malware
• No disruptive behavior
Soft adult/little space themes may be allowed, but:
• No explicit sexual content in public channels
• Explicit material must not involve minors in any way
Staff decisions are final.
Users may submit or upload content such as builds, screenshots, forum posts, or chat messages. You grant us a non-exclusive license to store, display, and moderate this content within the platform.
You may not post:
• Anything involving minors
• Explicit sexual content in non-designated areas
• Copyright-infringing materials
• Hateful, violent, or illegal content
• Malware or harmful links
Staff may, at their discretion:
• Remove content
• Modify or delete accounts
• Issue warnings, mutes, kicks, temporary bans, or permanent bans
• Access server logs for security and moderation
• Enforce all rules across all SnuggleSMP Network servers
SnuggleSMP does not currently accept donations or payments.
If monetization is added later, additional terms will be provided.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or uptime.
Cloud Data Hosting LLC is not responsible for:
• Downtime
• Data loss
• Server crashes
• Plugin or mod failures
• Minecraft update incompatibilities
Use the Services at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cloud Data Hosting LLC is not liable for:
• Loss of data
• Loss of account access
• In-game losses or disputes
• Damages caused by user behavior
• Third-party actions
• Security incidents outside our control
Your use of the Services is at your own risk.
We may suspend or permanently terminate your access at any time for any reason, especially violations of these Terms or the 18+ policy.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
